Honestly this is the right place to take your car:) One of my wheels had a crack and searched in google for nearby alloy wheel crack repair service "There isn't many in London" anyway found few called the first one and got quote of £90 for 17 inch Ford wheel well that sounded very expensive and dogy to me as i've been working previously in the motor industry and deceided to get quote from elsewhere then second company i called was Alloywheelwelding The man who i spoke over the phone sounded very friendly and the quote he gave me was acceptable Everything went through as discussed had an appoitment at 15:00 o'clock once i arrived he was waiting for me I left the wheel and he said come back in about 45 minutes well that's what i did once i was back my wheel was Repaired to the best standarts possible then he even offered me to fit the tyre could't be more satisfied from the Outstanding service !  NishmaP 07 Jul 2020 Alloy Crack Repair - top Service I’m not usually one to write reviews but the service and the work pushed me to write one so that it could help other when deciding. Found the company though a Google search, after not being happy with a previous company I used where the alloy cracked within weeks and being charged well over the odds for a new quote. I called for an quote and was told to come the next day for a cracked alloy repair, so pleased with Frank's customer service and calling me even though I didn’t book an appointment, to notify me of a fault with the lights so I would not waste my time driving down. When I did go the next day (14/06/2020), I dropped the alloy off and got a call within the hour that it was ready - Quick and efficient job, couldn't have been more happy with the work, customer service and honesty by Frank, and he definitely can’t be beaten on price. Erases a chunk out of the lip and leaves a fat crack down the dish. People recommended by friends say it can't be repaired, searched on Google and Frank's company turns up and reading his reviews and seeing the images I was impressed so I thought why not. I contacted Frank and he was absolutely amazing. We organised for the wheel to be dropped on the Saturday and picked up on the Monday, difficult due to work and the hour and a half drive to get to him, he took time out on Sunday and repaired my wheel to the best condition I could have asked for and to be collected within 24hours of me dropping it off, winner. I am amazed with his welding work. Couldn't fault the service, price or quality of art Frank produces. Trust me when I say making a non existent lip reappear is magic. 100% recommended. 👌🏼

I had 3 cracks in my alloy wheel , called him in the morning on a Saturday and he squeezed me in to his schedule and repaired the damage on the same day. If you have a crack in the rim, usually welders ask you to bring the rim only and you are left with so much headache by paying another tyre shop to leave your car there plus getting charged to take the wheel off , Frank does everything in one go as he has the tyre machine as well. Definately recommending his expertise , it was a pleasure

 5 stars: Excellent 12 Mar 2020 Alloy Wheel Welding In the UK we drive on the left of the road and in Lincolnshire we drive on what's left of the road. Having hit a pothole and damaging both wheel and tyre, I was shocked to find a replacement wheel for my car was £1300 plus the dreaded VAT. I searched the internet to find where and if I could get it welded. This took me to alloywheelwelding.co.uk with 5 star reviews from 130 people. Contacted Frank, who was so helpful and arranged for the wheel to be sent to him. He rang to tell me the wheel had arrived and that it had 2 cracks. Sent me a picture of them. Then I get a call to say that it is ready for collection. When the wheel arrived the only way I could see it had been repaired was by the fresh paint. Cannot praise the work and the professionalism enough. I could have spent £1560 on a wheel that Frank repaired for a total cost of £70 including shipping. Well done Frank.....you are the man.

I have a pretty powerful car and swung it around a corner, which I miss judged, and smashed the left front wheel off the pavement. The wheel was in a right mess and looked like a total right off to me.. Thinking I might have to change all four wheels if I couldn’t find a replacement, I decided to do a web search and found this company who said they could repair it. The main guy’s name is Frank and I immediately liked what he had to say, was professional and friendly, and quoted a very reasonable price, so thought I’d give it a try. Boy.!!! He is the most knowledgeable guy where alloy wheel repair is concerned and has even explained and recommended to me changing tyre sizes to stop me cracking my alloy wheels again ( having already cracked two alloys previously which Frank has repaired without any further issues ) even though this is his line of business! Decided to look on google to see if any repairs can be done round where I live, desperate to get it fixed so I can have the car back for work on Monday but no luck. Having spent 10 days looking for a place who could repair it, i discovered Frank. I was greeted with a friendly voice & someone who was of knowledge in the wheel business, as he talked me through the step by step repair procedure. Having mentioned that a few places had already refused to undertake the repair, he gave me confidence that he could do it to the highest standard. His communications via email and text were first class which matched his welding. I drove more than 30 miles to get to him and I would certainly not hesitate to do the same again. Not only was he half the price of a local specialist he fitted me in 6 days earlier.  HeatF 10 Aug 2018 Don’t go anywhere else speak to frank I own several security vans and my drivers are a nightmare after one of my staff nearly writ off the left side back rim I had to get it refurbed as you know appearance is everything and a van with messy wheels doesn’t look good after looking through the web I found frank and he was able to repair the wheel within 4hrs I have never heard of such a service obviously if your wheels are bad which I thought mine were it could take a day or so but the efficiency in which he carried out his work was ridiculously fast and professional I probably sound like I’ve been paid to say this but the truth is that I am very pleased with the service provided and frank asked if I am truly please with the results would I mind sharing my experience with everyone and leave a review so here it is I recommend this mans workmanship if you have issues with your wheels “Speak to frank” don’t waste your time going anywhere else. My new Mercedes E220 Estate AMG Righthand front Alloy hit the kerb, needs to sort out the damaged asap, found this company on Gumtree and Google, drove my car to him today ,to repair the damaged alloy wheel. I am surprised to see the owner, Frank, sorted the damaged part within 30 minutes and I was charged £25 for the job done. The same work was quoted by another company on Gumtree for £80. When I picked up my alloys refurb job was done to a good level. 2 days later I pur the alloys on my car with new tyres and balanced. The tyre shop told me straight away the front alloys have buckles but drive and see if they cause any issues. Steering vibration at 60+ mpg. This caused a big hassle for me is the past few days and of course £££ to get the alloys straighten. If Frank would notice the obvious buckles then it wouldn't cause the stress for the past few days.

I called for an quote and was told to come the next day for a cracked alloy repair, so pleased with Frank's customer service and calling me even though I didn’t book an appointment, to notify me of a fault with the lights so I would not waste my time driving down. I had a crack develop in an alloy wheel which meant the tyre couldn't hold pressure; with a lot of miles to do soon after I was thoroughly relieved to find Frank not too far away. I arrived at the garage on a space saver spare wheel with a broken alloy and new tyre in the boot; an hour later I was on my way with everything as it should be. Great service, fair price, and a nice chap to boot.

The reviews were enough to persuade me that the round trip from Cambridge was worth it. It was. I called frank yesterday after an MOT failure for 3 cracked rims and believe it or not the car passed with flying colours the same day it was fixed. Frank was very professional and friendly.
